No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on Atlantic Medical Exchange, all sales are final.

Medical devices, surgical products, and related healthcare supplies are subject to strict regulatory, safety, and quality control standards. For this reason, Atlantic Medical Exchange does not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

All Sales Are Final

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
  • Products are non-refundable after shipment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused, unopened, or surplus items.

This policy helps ensure product integrity, patient safety, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

Exceptions

Refunds are not provided except in the limited circumstances outlined below:

  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered
  • The product arrives damaged due to shipping (subject to verification)
  • The product is defective upon arrival

In such cases, Atlantic Medical Exchange may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a store credit, or
  • Provide an alternative resolution deemed appropriate

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Reporting Issues

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To report a problem, please contact Customer Support with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sterile products
  • Single-use medical devices
  • Surgical instruments once opened
  • Consumables and disposables
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

Atlantic Medical Exchange operates in accordance with applicable regulatory and quality standards. Once medical products leave controlled custody, we cannot accept returns without compromising compliance, safety, or traceability requirements.
